Vietnamese Noodle House started with a simple goal: to share the Vietnamese food we know and love with our community here in Central New York. Since opening our first location in North Syracuse, we've grown to two locations while keeping the same focus on good food, familiar flavors, and dishes made with care.

Our pho broth is simmered for 12 hours, our egg rolls are hand-rolled, and many of our dishes are prepared using the same flavors and techniques found in Vietnamese home cooking. From a warm bowl of pho to Bún Bò Huế, Bột Chiên, and other longtime favorites, we want every meal to feel comforting and satisfying.

Our menu also includes plenty of vegan and gluten-free options, so there's something for everyone at the table.
